BOLLYWOOD MOVIE, IN "MAHABHARAT" SALMAN KHAN TO PLAY LORD KRISHNA CHARACTER?
If reports are to be believed, then Salman Khan is all set to play Lord Krishna in another actor and Salman’s friend’s upcoming movie that is titled ‘Mahabharat’.
In a recent report, a source who is rather close to the Khans of the Hindi film industry was quoted by a website saying that Salman Khan has apparently been keen to do his own version of the epic tale of Mahabharat.
This mighty Hindu epic is about the Kauravas comprising 100 brothers and the Pandavas comprising five brothers. The story is about the battle that was fought between them in Kurukshetra, in which the five Pandavas were victorious.
Lord Krishna also was known as the divine avatar of Lord Vishnu guided the five Pandava brothers to victory. The epic also has the religious Gita in it which are life’s teachings and guidelines that were given to one of the Pandava brothers, Arjuna by Lord Krishna.
It has been reported that when Salman came to know that his actor-producer friend is making the film, he offered to pitch in.
It has also been reported in sections of the media that veteran superstar Amitabh Bachchan has been roped in to play the role of the blind king Dhritarashtra, an important character in the epic.
