The singer released her first independent single, 'Tamanna', which has lyrics by Bhattacharya.
Having bagged a national award for the song Moh Moh Ke Dhaage, from Dum Laga Ke Haisha, singer Monali Thakur is enormously praised for her relieving, musical numbers. What's more, now the singer is good to go to captivate her fans with her introduction single, Tamanna.
Slated to be her first solo number, Monali will be seen moving on the beats of the foot tapping music.
Talking about the same, Monali stated, "It is a contemporary piece which is composed by Amitabh Bhattacharya and is made by universal music maker, Bert Elliot. It's a fun, pop melody and it is essentially a depiction of how I see my life that is lighthearted and brimming with energy. The song has clues of western impact in it regarding the generation esteem yet it's an unpredictable Indian song by the day's end."
