'PAD MAN' MOVIE REVIEW

'PAD MAN' Review: AKSHAY KUMAR STANDS TALL IN THIS MOTION PICTURE WITH A  REASON

 Movie Rating: 3.5/5

Film: Pad Man (Social show)

Cast: Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte, Sonam Kapoor

Heading: R Balki

Term: 2 hours 20 minutes

STORY: Based on the life of Arunachalam Muruganathan it's about a man who is so worried about his better half's menstrual cleanliness that he goes to any length to help her, beginning from purchasing costly cushions to making cushions himself to making a minimal effort sterile cushion making a machine! Really the story of a common man with remarkable soul and assurance.

REVIEW: Laxmikant Chauhan weds Gayatri and the first occasion when she is experiencing her menstrual cycle, he is dismayed to see her utilizing a grimy material. Indeed, even the custom of ladies being segregated from the family for those five days rankles him. He purchases a costly cushion, which his significant other rejects out of fiscal thought and the disgrace and blame related to it in the moderate society. Subsequently, starts Laxmi's trip to making a more affordable however great quality clean cushion for his better half in the midst of deterrents, embarrassment and dismissal.

Akshay Kumar stands tall in this film. He manoeuvres you into his adventure, the torment, the anguish, the assurance, the undying soul and the last triumph. His execution is choice - the scene where he responds to his first client giving her input to his cushion is splendid. Radhika Apte as his straightforward, modest spouse troubled by societal weight is great. Her issue on whether she should bolster him or pass by the diktat of samaj is something which most ladies will associate with. Sonam Kapoor has a little part yet beginning from her windy passage to her elegant leave she mixes freshness to the film.

Balki who is known for turning things on its head has done it again with Pad Man. While the subject itself loans to it, the narrating is the thing that has the effect. A clumsy and unthinkable subject has been managed by affectability and even cleverness. In any case, the film gets sermonizing at focuses and backs it off.
